Refund policy

1. Returns


We accept returns within 14 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Be in its original packaging.
  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items include:

  •  Sale items

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.


If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


2. Return Process

Please include your order number, the reason for return and clear photos if the item arrived damaged or defective.
You will then receive detailed return instructions, including the return address.

Note:

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

3. Order Cancellations

We can only accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order.
After this period, the order may have already been processed or shipped and we will not be able to cancel it.

If the order has already been shipped, you may return it after delivery according to our return policy.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence.
We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please  contact your credit card company or payment provider.
